What Zen Inbox does
- Gmail & Outlook — connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailboxes. You sign in with Google or Microsoft, so we never see your password.
- A full email app — read, search, reply, send, sort into folders and delete your mail, with conversations, signatures and a colour for each account.
- Planner (Premium) — turns emails into cards for bills, travel, appointments, events, subscriptions, receipts and things to follow up on. Marketing mail and newsletters are skipped.
- Zen AI (Premium) — short summaries of those emails, and help writing: draft a reply, fix grammar, shorten, or make a message more formal, casual or detailed. Powered by Google's Gemini.
- Notifications and widgets — new-mail notifications that show the key details, and home-screen widgets for your Planner.
- Calendar sync (optional) — add dated Planner items to your Google or Outlook calendar.
- Backup and restore — save your Planner as a file on your phone and bring it back later.
- Private by design — your mail is stored on your phone, images are off until you turn them on, and our servers are in Montréal, Canada.
